Membership. We only ask for a Name, email address (and we automatically store your I.P. address for security) for our membership sites.
Where possible these are encrypted and hosted on an SSL covered website.
We generally never use this information to contact you because we prefer to use a 3rd party provider like Getresponse.com or Aweber.com to help send emails out to our customers.
We would prefer not to store any of your info but people often lose their login details or purchase information and so we need a way to retrieve it for them.

Purchases. We only use 3rd party companies to securely take payments on our behalf.
https://www.securehosting.com/ (Monek) are our main company. We may also offer Paypal Both of these companies operate under their own T & C's and Privacy Policies
Both of these companies often ask for more information from you to verify payments but we only use the name and email address our end, unless you have purchased a product that we have to mail to you.

Email. We generally use two companies for email Getresponse.com or Aweber.com (although we could also use others). these companies operate under their own T & C's and Privacy Policies but we have picked them because they are well established highly respected companies that are committed to looking after peoples personal data.
We use these companies to send out nearly all our emails including "Daily Email", "Update emails", "Product information emails" etc (except the tips ones which we are reviewing at the moment).
We do not in any case rent or share your information with any other company. Note though we may send emails to you on behalf of a 3rd party if we feel it is relevant to the reason you joined one of our lists in the first place.
Every email we send includes a "Remove me link" (you can also reply to any email and ask to be removed) and we have now adopted a new policy of reviewing our list in (accordance with the GDPR rules) to make sure the information is still relevant to you.

We use email technology to help track readers behaviour to improve our understanding and increase the relevancy of the information we send which could include...An email has been opened, A link has been clicked, a page has been landed on as well as other actions associated with reading an email. These actions could cause further emails to be sent to you if we feel they are relevant to your actions. An example could be that you click a link in one of our emails to find out more about one of our products on doing so we also send out a further email to make sure all your questions were answered about the product.

Social media. We like most companies adopt social media like Facebook, Youtube and others. All these companies operate under their own T & C's and Privacy Policies.
We generally use these sites to keep our customers (and potential customers) informed and entertained. We also promote our products through these sites using posts and videos and may take advantage of advertising with them from time to time. Apart from that we have no control or affiliation over how these companies operate or their T & C's or Privacy Policies.
If you have an issue with your account with these companies then please contact them direct.
